Spaghettify — Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28 October 2026

Spaghettify: Black Hole Eater is an arcade game made by Artovel Games. This policy explains what the game collects, why, and what you can do about it.

The developer of Spaghettify, and the party responsible for this policy, is Prayal Urja Private Limited (trading as Artovel Games), Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh, India.

What Spaghettify itself collects

Nothing. The game has no accounts, no login, no analytics and no servers of its own. Your progress — levels cleared, stars, Stardust, the skins you own, what you have bought, your Codex and your settings — is stored on your device. If Android backup is on for your Google account, Android also keeps a copy there, so your progress comes back if you reinstall or change phones. We never see it, on your phone or in your backup.

What advertising collects

Spaghettify is free and shows adverts from Google AdMob: optional videos you can choose to watch for a bonus (such as double Stardust, a second chance at a level, or a free chest), and an occasional full-screen advert between levels. No advert appears while you are playing a level, and there are no banners.

To serve and measure those adverts, Google may collect:

We do not receive this data. Google handles it under its own policy — how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. In the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom you are asked for your consent before any advert is loaded, and you can change that choice at any time from Settings → Privacy choices in the game.

Sharing, photos and GIFs

The game can make a picture or a short GIF of a moment you choose (photo mode, or the replay of a big swallow). It is made on your device and stays there unless you send it somewhere. Share hands that one file to the app you pick (a messenger, for example), and what happens to it next is up to you and that app. Save to gallery writes it to Pictures/Spaghettify on your device. On Android 9 and older, saving needs the storage permission, which the game asks for only when you first save; newer versions of Android need no permission for this. Nothing you capture, share or save is ever sent to Artovel Games.

Purchases

Optional in-app purchases (such as Remove Ads, Stardust and skin packs) are handled entirely by Google Play. We never see your name, email address or payment details. Google Play tells the game only which item was bought so it can be delivered, and the game keeps a note of it on your device so it can be restored. Google processes the payment under the Google Payments Privacy Notice. Remove Ads switches off the adverts between levels; optional videos stay available if you want them.

Security

The game has no servers of its own, so there is no copy of your data with us to protect or to leak. What the game stores stays in its private storage on your device, which other apps can't read. Adverts and purchases go through Google's own software (Google Mobile Ads and Google Play Billing), which sends its data over encrypted connections.

Retention

Your game data is kept on your device (and in your Android backup, if you use one) until you clear it or uninstall the game, and pictures you saved stay in your gallery until you delete them. We keep no data, so we have nothing to retain. Google keeps advertising and purchase data for the periods described in its own policies, linked above. Emails you send us (for example a deletion request) are kept only as long as we need to answer them.

Children

Spaghettify is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. Adverts are limited to content rated suitable for general audiences with parental guidance (PG) and are never targeted as if the player were a child. If you believe a child has provided personal data through the game, contact us and we will act on it.

Your choices

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and material changes will be noted in the app's release notes.
